Please arrive early. The vessel will depart on time and late arrivals will not be accommodated or refunded.

2. Age Requirement & Identification

• This is a 21+ event.

• Valid government-issued photo ID is required for boarding.

• Anyone unable to present valid ID will be refused entry without refund.

3. Ticket Purchases

• Tickets are sold on a per-person basis and are subject to availability.

• Tickets are confirmed only once payment has been successfully completed.

• Tickets must be purchased in advance.

• By purchasing tickets, you agree to these terms.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• All ticket sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by GXP Ready Ltd trading as 'Tartan Boat Party'.

• If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified and offered a refund or alternative arrangement where applicable.

• We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel or accommodation.

5. Event Changes & Force Majeure

We reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues.

Any material changes will be communicated using the contact details provided at checkout.

6. Arrival & Boarding Policy

​

• Boarding begins at 11:45 AM.

• Boarding closes prior to departure.

• Once the vessel departs, no re-entry or late boarding will be permitted.

7. Behaviour & Safety

• All guests must follow instructions from event staff and vessel crew at all times.

• All bags are subject to inspection before boarding.

• Guests are not allowed to bring my alcoholic beverages onboard the vessel. If alcohol is found onboard, the charter will be terminated without refund.

• Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event without refund.

• Alcohol service is at the discretion of licensed staff and may be refused in accordance with local laws and safety requirements.

Alcohol & Prohibited Items

• Guests that arrive intoxicated will not be allowed to board the vessel.

• Outside alcohol is not permitted on board.

• Open bar includes Beer, Wine, Liquor and Non-Alcoholic. Shots will not be served.

• Alcohol may only be consumed if provided by the licensed bar staff on the vessel.

• No smoking or vaping on board.

• Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited, including firearms, knives, or any other item that could be considered a weapon.

• Bags are subject to inspection prior to boarding at the discretion of event staff or vessel crew.

• Illegal substances including marijuana will result in immediate charter termination.

• Any prohibited items may be confiscated or result in refusal of entry without refund.

8. Liability

• Attendance is at your own risk.

• GXP Ready Ltd trading as 'Tartan Boat Party' is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

• Nothing in this policy limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

9. Photography & Media

Photography and video may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image unless you notify us in advance.

Personal data collected in connection with ticket purchases and event attendance is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
